Corporate Governance

The Institution is accountable for responsible and ethical behaviour.  As a board member, you are responsible for the oversight and strategic planning of the Institution which are critical to the health and sustainability of the Institution, while ensuring the strategic objectives are in synergy with the vision and mission statement.

The directors manage the Institution business model to ensure the integrity of internal systems and controls, and the accuracy of financial statements and limit the conflict of interest, all while identifying any risk that the Institution may face and address these as they arise.  All directors need to abide by their fiduciary duty to the Institution while in office.
